Winnings on a Singapore Toto ticket can be claimed in cash from any of the Singapore Pools outlets across the country. You will need to provide your identification such as a NRIC, PR or passport. If you win a prize of more than S $5,000, you will have to visit the SG Pools main office located at 210 Middle Road, Singapore 188994 for your prize to be paid in cheque form.
